I just want to be able to appreciate a kindness instead of panic :(
#coworker very sweetly brought me some baked goods and soup to try#and i got scared !! why am i scared ??#'its a control thing' but my control around food is so falsy manufactured anyway#it only lasts until like 7pm so whyyy am i even panicking at the idea of going kff my schedule at work#and it was so so so kind of her why do i want to CRY she was being so nice and SWEET#i think January is just a hard month for me#mine
